Where can I buy my kmtriko?

You can buy it at www.kmtriko.com, www.alsa.es (kmtriko section) 24 hours a day and at ALSA’s many ticket offices during opening hours. Find your nearest point of sale.

Can I book tickets with the provisional Bus Plus number?

You can book your first 3 tickets with the provisional number. After that, you have to change the provisional number for the definitive one at any ALSA ticket office or point of sale in order to continue booking tickets at no extra charge.

Is there any charge for the tickets after I have bought the kmtriko Pass?

There are no charges for tickets that are booked in compliance with the kmtriko Pass Conditions of Use, and which are within the valid dates.

Do I have to show my kmtriko Pass when boarding the bus?

You will always have to show your Bus Plus card together with the kmtriko pass on boarding the bus, as this identifies you as a kmtriko customer, together with your DNI (National Identification Document) or Passport.

Is there a minimum age limit for purchasing the kmtriko?

There is no minimum age for holding the kmtriko. When you apply for the Bus Plus, if the holder is under 18 years old then an adult will have to fill in the details.

Can I cancel my kmtriko Pass after buying it?

Yes, provided that it has not been used. If you have already got a ticket with your kmtriko Pass, then you cannot cancel it even if the ticket has not been used.

What do I have to do to cancel my kmtriko?

Go to a ALSA ticket office with your sales receipt and your kmtriko pass.

Can I change the dates of my kmtriko Pass?

You can change the dates provided that you are not already in the period your kmtriko Pass is in force or have already got a ticket.

Can I change or cancel the tickets obtained with the kmtriko?

You can cancel the tickets before their date of use. You can also change the date of the tickets provided that it is to a date within the period the kmtriko is in force; this change is free of charge.

Does the Bus Plus commit me to anything once my kmtriko pass finishes?

The Bus Plus card does not commit you to anything, it is a completely free loyalty card which awards you points and gifts for you ALSA purchases.

Which routes can I use with the kmtriko Pass?

You can use all ALSA routes, both long distance and short distance (except for the local routes (cercancias) in Cartagena and Madrid. Not valid for urban buses. 5,000 destinations only reached by road are waiting for you with ALSA.

Can I buy my kmtriko from outside of Spain?

Yes, on the Internet, but you must have an address in Spain in order to obtain your provisional Bus Plus card number. If you do not have an address in Spain you can buy it directly at any ALSA point of sale.

Do I have discounts with my kmtriko Pass?
