  1. Register for the Bus Plus

    The Bus Plus is the ALSA loyalty card. It is completely free of charge, and makes travelling much easier. One of the many advantages that the Bus Plus card offers you is the kmtriko Bus Pass.

    You can register for the Bus Plus:

    Bus Plus Card
    • On the Internet www.alsa.es : where you will receive a provisional Bus Plus number which you will be able to use. You should then go to any of the ALSA ticket offices to pick up your Bus Plus card, and change the provisional number for the definitive one. The card holder who will use kmtriko may be of any age, although the contracting party should be over 18. sección Bus Plus donde recibirás un número provisional Bus Plus con el que podrás empezar a operar.
    • At the ALSA ticket offices: as soon as you have filled in the application form you will receive your Bus Plus card with your definitive number.
  2. Choose the kmtriko that best suits your holidays

    The kmtriko Bus Pass allows you to choose between 5 different options:

    • 1 Week 99 €.
    • 2 Weeks 175 €.
    • 2 Weeks - 7 days travelling - 145 €.
    • 3 Weeks 240 €.
    • 4 Weeks 299 €.
  3. Buy your kmtriko

    At the ticket office

    • Our sales agent will immediately activate the kmtriko Bus Pass option that you have chosen on your Bus Plus card.
    • The card will have an identificatory label which will give the time contracted. This label is the kmtriko Bus Pass.

    On the Internet, www.kmtriko.com o www.alsa.es

    • After you have entered it, go to the kmtriko section of www.alsa.es and click on the "Buy kmtriko" button to choose your kmtriko.
    • Enter your Bus Plus and ID card number in "Bus Plus user access" at www.alsa.es in the top right hand part of the screen.
    • Fill in the bank data fields, and make your purchase with your debit or credit card.
    • After it has been accepted, you will immediately receive a receipt and your provisional Bus Plus number. You should change this number for your definitive Bus Plus card and kmtriko label at any ALSA ticket office.
    • You can book your first 3 tickets with the provisional number. After that, you have to change this number for the definitive one at any ticket office in order to continue buying tickets at no extra charge.
    • Remember that you must go to a ticket office before your first journey to collect your Bus Plus card with the definitive number, and your activated kmtriko. The card will have a label, which is the kmtriko Bus Pass, which will show the contracted time (remember that you will have to show your kmtriko Bus Pass and your ID card or passport on each bus journey).
  4. Start using your kmtriko

    Once you have received your kmtriko Bus Pass, you can start to book tickets to your favourite destinations at no extra charge. You can travel whenever you want and for as long as you want, within the contracted dates and the terms of the kmtriko Bus Pass.

    How to obtain tickets?

    At the ticket office: show your ID card and your kmtriko Bus Pass (the identificatory label on your Bus Plus card) at any of the ALSA ticket offices in Spain.

    On the Internet

    • In www.kmtriko.com in the Book a Ticket section
    • You can also book tickets at www.alsa.es by entering your Bus Plus number in "Bus Plus user access" in the top right hand part of the screen. After you have entered the number, go to the kmtriko section of www.alsa.es where you will be able to choose your tickets by clicking on the "Book a Ticket" button, as long as the dates are still valid.
    • Remember to go to a ticket office to collect your Bus Plus card with the kmtriko Bus Pass (identificatory label). You won't be able to travel without it!
