In order to obtain the kmtriko pass you have to first of all obtain the Bus Plus card, which is ALSA's loyalty card and completely free of charge. After the kmtriko card has been used, the new user can cancel the Bus Plus card at any time. In the event that the user is already a Bus Plus member a new card is not necessary.
The kmtriko is personal and is not transferable.
Cannot be accumulated to discounts for scaled amounts.
After the ticket for the first trip has been issued, the kmtriko cannot be changed or refunded.
The kmtriko pass can be acquired at www.kmtriko.com, www.alsa.es (kmtriko section), 24 hours a day and at the many ALSA points of sale.
The tickets can only be obtained for the kmtriko Pass holder.
The 7 day and 2 week kmtriko allows tickets to be acquired for any 7 days.
Changes allowed while the kmtriko is in force.
In order to travel the Bus Plus card must be collected beforehand from any ALSA point of sale where the chosen kmtriko will be activated and a sticker will be placed identifying the contracted period; that sticker is the kmtriko pass. The Bus Plus and the kmtriko Pass (sticker in force) must be shown together with your DNI (National Identification Document) for each trip.
Valid for travel on the dates the kmtriko is in force on long distance and short distance routes in Spain*
kmtriko accepts up to 3 tickers/day for different routes (fixed date and subject to seat availability).
In order to guarantee the proper use of the product, offering better quality service, the kmtriko is not valid in the following cases:
Journeys costing more than 60€.
Journeys on the same day which amount to more than 100€.
More than 1 return trip on the same day
More than 2 return trips while the kmtriko is in force.
